Sabine supports individuals and organizations in situations that appear to be deadlocked, creating spaces where understanding, movement, and new perspectives become possible. As a licensed BM® mediator, conflict coach, and trainer for communication and change, she combines structural clarity with genuine attentiveness.

"I listen where others look away and open up spaces where new paths can emerge."

She worked in international companies for almost 25 years, most recently as personal assistant to the CEO at SEG Automotive. During this time, she designed change processes, built sustainable networks, and was responsible for communication in complex organizational contexts. This entrepreneurial insider perspective shapes her work today: practical, connectable, and with a keen sense for dynamics in leadership teams and organizations.

Since 2018, Sabine has been working independently as a mediator, trainer, and coach. Her work is based on in-depth training in systemic methods, narrative organizational development, and facilitative approaches, as well as the conviction that lasting change occurs when people truly listen to one another and take responsibility.

In addition, she is actively involved in the further development of professional conflict culture: she contributes her experience to regional specialist groups of the Federal Association of Mediation and the Federal Association of Business Professionals, helping to shape the discourse on contemporary forms of dialogue, leadership, and cooperation.
