Katrin founded her own company in 2018 and has since supported hundreds of specialists, managers and companies - from individual career consulting and outplacement to programs for cultural change in teams. Prior to that, she worked as an HR expert in Switzerland for over 20 years, during which time she recruited over 2,000 employees and put together international teams (Switzerland, New York, Hong Kong).
