HLTS North emerged ... from a merger of .... The task was to create a common, radically customer-oriented culture in the new company, in which work is carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible. Almost at the same time as this assignment from the management, a major customer of the company was introducing a new IT system, which entailed a considerable need for change in all processes. It quickly became clear that this operational crisis would become the blueprint for a new attitude and management culture.
First of all, the acute crisis had to be resolved. reHuman stabilized the processes by setting up an effective project management office on site and permanently optimized them by introducing a lean management system. At the same time, the company vision was sharpened with the management team and fundamental attitudes and values were developed. All of this was incorporated into the change story, with which the entire workforce was taken along on the journey. Methodologically, on-site management and workshops, management sparring sessions and a holistic leadership retreat in St. Peter-Ording were combined.
